1. Services Provided

We provide professional exterior cleaning services. This includes pressure washing, roof cleaning, and gutter clearing. We agree to perform these services in a safe and professional manner.

 

2. Quotes and Pricing

• Valid period: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Accuracy: Quotes are based on the property details you provide or an initial visual inspection.

• Adjustments: We reserve the right to amend the quote if the property condition differs significantly from the description.

 

3. Customer Obligations

To allow us to perform the services safely, you agree to:

• Access: Provide clear access to all areas of the property requiring cleaning.

• Water & Power: Provide access to an outdoor water supply and electrical outlet, unless agreed otherwise.

• Preparation: Close all windows and doors tightly, clear walkways, and move fragile outdoor items (like potted plants or furniture).

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Notice required: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

• Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a short-notice cancellation fee.

• Weather: Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule if severe weather poses a safety hazard or impacts quality.

 

5. Payment Terms

• No deposit: No upfront deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Due date: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

• Late fees: Invoices unpaid after 7 after the work was carried out will be reported by relevant authorities and incurring of a late payment fee.

 

6. Liability and Damage

• Pre-existing conditions: We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues. This includes loose mortar, rotten wood, degraded window seals, or broken tiles.

• Water intrusion: You must ensure the property is sealed. We are not liable for water entering the property through faulty seals, open windows, or structural defects.

• Incidental damage: We carry Public Liability Insurance. Any claims for damage caused directly by our negligence must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
